My daughter and I were browsing on shop and win last night 02/15/11 at 11pm my name came out on every hour winner with balloons and all,I called this morning and they told me I was not a winner,Now why would they put my name as a winner for 11pm hour>? I think it is unjustified to lead people to believe they have won when they have not.

Purchased a set of dishes. 4 of the desert plates were broken. It does not look like damage was irony shipping with UPS. Shipping box not cut, dented, crusted or any signs of damage. Produce packaging box was damaged and it seems to have been damage before shipping. SHOP and WIN, customer no service wants me to find a UPS shipping location, take package & return. The could very easily send a will call ticket, to pick up at my location. I asked if they could just replace the 4 plates & got no response. They want me to jump through hoops & take care of their damage. If I return produce they will refund the price but not the shipping cost. So they sent out damaged produce & get to keep about $8.00 I paid for shipping. What a ripoff. Beware if you purchase from these crooks. I am going to reverse the charge on my CC & they can figure out what to do. I did fill another request as to what I would like them to do & it has been three days and no response.
